Mark DeSchepper, President of Echo GPR Services, has been the Concrete Sawing & Drilling Association (CSDA) Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) Committee Chairman since he created the committee in 2013. He recently completed a two year term as a board member and has been elected to serve another two years on the board.
With the assistance of other GPR contractors and manufacturers, Mark helped lead the creation of the industry’s first GPR Certification program. He is currently the lead CSDA GPR instructor.
Mark also was the lead writer for CSDA Best Practice B-017. This was the industry’s first Best Practice for properly marking out embedments found with GPR.
